Picking viper's-bugloss in Iran’s northern city Roudsar

Roudsar city in the north of Iran is one of the main producers of viper's-buglosses, a valuable herb popular among Iranians.  

Some 470 hectares of land in the mountainous areas of Eshkourat in Roudsar have been planted with viper's-buglosses.

The herb has great benefits for health, and people in Iran brew and drink it like tea. Viper's-buglosses is useful for skincare, diabetes, blood pressure, etc.
